Arrest Warrants Issued for Two Men Involved in Saturday Night Homicide in Montco, DA Says

The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office has announced that a pair of arrest warrants have been issued in connection with a shooting on Saturday night in Pottstown that left 27-year-old Robert Stiles dead.

Samir Bentley, 20, of Philadelphia, is wanted on charges of first-degree murder, third-degree murder, criminal conspiracy and possessing an instrument of crime. Bentley is described as a Black male standing 5-feet-10-inches tall and weighing 130 pounds.

Eric Baker, 26, of Norristown, is wanted on charges of aggravated assault, person not to possess a firearm and reckless endangerment. Baker is described as a Black male standing 5-feet-10-inches tall and weighing 170 pounds.

Both men are considered to be armed and dangerous, according to the district attorney’s office. If anyone spots either of the accused, they are asked to immediately dial 9-1-1. “This cold-blooded murder was captured on the surveillance system monitored in real time by the Pottstown Police, and we have issued arrest warrants for the shooter and another involved in less than 48 hours,” said DA Steele. “We need the public’s help in finding Bentley and Baker. They should be considered armed and dangerous.”
