Mainland Pointe Mixed-Use Development Gets Final OK from Lower Salford Township

A new mixed-use community called Mainland Pointe at Quarry Road and Sumneytown Pike in Lower Salford Township – which will have 18 single-family homes priced between $414,900 and $500,000, ranging in size from 2,025 to 2,677 square feet, as well as a Taco Bell and Wawa convenience store and gas station – received final development approval from supervisors recently in a 4-1 vote.

According to The Reporter, the John Garis Homes Inc. development complements the Berkshire Court homes built nearly 20 years ago. A planned retail and office space building will now be a building with seven apartments, per the article. All in all, there will be 60 apartments encompassing five 12-unit buildings.

The development boasts three-to-four-bedroom homes with one-car garages and full basements, propane gas heating systems with central air, and all grass cutting, landscaping, trash removal and snow removal are included in the price.
