Towamencin Township has announced the schedule for upcoming road repairs to a portion of Sumneytown Pike.
Beginning April 1, milling work will be performed on the westbound lane of Sumneytown Pike between Valley Forge Road and Troxel Road between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. The following week beginning April 5, paving work is scheduled to be performed during the same period, with the work being concluded by April 9.
The scheduled work is weather dependent, and motorists should expect delays and lane restrictions while the work is being performed.
The township said the work has been contracted to Allan Myers Inc.
