The only hotel in Lansdale Borough is going to auction next month.
Homewood Suites by Hilton, located at 1200 Pennbrook Parkway, is set to be auctioned off by Avison Young during an auction period of July 26 through July 28. The starting bid is $3.2 million, according to the listing.
Homewood Suites is a six-story, 170-unit hotel building with 112,110 square feet of space on a nearly four-acre lot. The extended-stay hotel features amenities including a fitness center, business center, breakfast area, outdoor pool and 1,530 square feet of meeting space.
The property, which is located right next to SEPTA’s Pennbrook Station train stop, was built in 2002. It is unclear why the property is being auctioned.
