Pep Rally to be Held at North Penn HS Crawford Stadium to Honor Newly Renovated ‘Stadium for the Future’

The North Penn School District (NPSD) invites the community to join them in celebration of the new and improved Crawford Stadium at North Penn High School (NPHS) at a pep rally on Wednesday, Aug. 25. Doors open at 6 p.m. with festivities beginning at 6:15 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

While the 66th Annual Commencement Ceremony of the NPHS Class of 2021 marked the first official event held at the new stadium, only a small portion of the community was able to attend. With the final touches now complete, NPSD invites students, staff, families, alumni and community members to join together in celebration of the new “stadium for the future” and all that it has to offer, as we continue to build our legacy together.

The pep rally will take place at North Penn High School (located at 1340 S. Valley Forge Road, Lansdale, PA 19446) inside of Crawford Stadium and will include student performances, a celebration of student athletes, special recognitions and commemorative remarks. Community members are also invited to explore the new facility at their leisure.

This newly renovated center of the community at Crawford Stadium has brought the home of the Knights up to current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and provides a modern facility that, for the first time, can be used by all students and community members. No longer a field for just one or two sports, Crawford Stadium can now be used by athletic teams, music groups and more events from all across the community and the district. The new stadium reflects the vibrancy of the North Penn community: active all the time, doing great things, coming together. That’s what Crawford Stadium means.

The North Penn School District looks forward to joining together as a community to celebrate this innovative and inclusive milestone in our history as North Penn Knights.
