Area police and fire companies are currently at the scene of a crash in Hatfield Township involving a vehicle that collided into a home.
According to the Montgomery County Department of Public Safety, crews were dispatched to the 2900 block of Walnut Street at 12: 15 p.m. following multiple reports of a vehicle that had crashed into a building. Dispatch notes indicate the driver of the vehicle declined emergency medical services, though a person inside of the home was reportedly bleeding from their ear.
Sources told North Penn Now that initial calls for a rescue were called off. The cause of the crash, as well as the extent of any injuries suffered, is unknown at this time.
Units from the Hatfield Township Police Department and Colmar Fire Company are currently on scene.
