Lansdale Police Investigating Thursday Night Shooting Incident on Main Street

Lansdale Borough Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred late Thursday night on East Main Street.

According to the release, police were dispatched to the 200 block of East Main Street at 11:28 p.m. on May 14 for a report of a shooting. The suspect is described as a “really skinny” dark-skinned male between the ages of 18-and-22-years-old, standing between 5’7” and 5’8” with loose, twisted braids.

Police said that a female victim was hospitalized after she was struck with a blunt object during the incident, causing her to sustain a laceration to her head. However, no injuries were reported from the shots fired from the handgun, police said.
