UPDATE: June 24, 8:52 p.m. - Sources on scene said that there is a small trash fire inside of the building, the cause of which is currently unknown.
North Penn Now photographer Bob Kelly said there is still smoke visible from the roof.
According to the Montgomery County Department of Public Safety, first responders were dispatched to the 100 block of South Broad Street at 8:26 p.m. on June 24 for a report of a building fire. Sources told North Penn Now that smoke was visible from the roof of the building upon arrival, and firefighters have located a fire inside.
No injuries have been reported, though emergency medical units are on scene.
