Exploring Underground Yoga with Sheriden Earle

This coming weekend and upcoming week are exploding with activity in Lansdale!

Since the inception of The Underground by Round Guys Brewing Company, Sheriden Earle has been running a really cool yoga experience on Monday nights from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a meet up for a beer at Round Guys Brewing Company afterwards. Recently, she’s been focusing on building up the yoga community in Lansdale. She’s partnered with The Underground to form an online social community called “Underground Yoga Open Mat Nights” on Facebook. It’s blossoming into a wonderful community where anyone interested in yoga can connect. We caught up with Sheriden for some input on why she likes teaching yoga at The Underground:

"The Underground is one of my favorite places to teach yoga. It has a great vibe, but more than that, it's a space for community and that's exactly what I'm excited to continue building here. We're welcoming some new teachers to share their skills and passion for the practice and philosophy of yoga, in a welcoming, chill space. Sometimes going to a studio for the first time can be intimidating, but The Underground is truly a place for all people to gather, be themselves and have fun, which is what we hope to offer with every yoga class. Every class includes your first drink (alcoholic or non) over at Round Guys Brewing, so it even builds further on that sense of community by offering time after class to socialize or just reflect on what we practiced in class. I'm looking forward to seeing some new faces and growing the Lansdale yoga community even more!"

Underground Yoga kicks back off on Feb. 3. Tickets are available online.

Along with yoga at The Underground, Discover Lansdale Restaurant Week is also kicking off on Monday, Feb. 3. Round Guys Brewing Company has some serious comfort food in store including, Grandma’s Meatball and Provolone Sandwich, Overstuffed Chicken/Vegetarian Quesadilla and Vegan Beet Salad. Desserts include Peanut Butter Pie, Brownie Sundae, Beeramisu and Whoopee Pie. During Restaurant Week, Round Guys Brewing Company will also be launching their new line of mocktails. These include new spins on classic drinks including “The New Old Fashioned” (make with iced tea), the “Rosalita” (a non-alcoholic margarita), and the “Lucille Ball” (a spin on the classic Shirley Temple).
