Towamencin Police Offer New Details In Connection with Suspicious Incident Involving a Child

Towamencin Township Police are offering new details in connection with a suspicious incident involving a child that occurred on Tuesday afternoon.

According to the release, the incident is reported to have occurred on Jan. 14 at 3:30 p.m. on Pross Road. Police said they received a report of a small white vehicle with tinted windows travelling eastbound, which slowed down in the vicinity of an unidentified child that was walking along the road.

The unidentified child ran away from the slowing vehicle, according to the release. At this time, police have been unable to identify the child, the vehicle, or what, if anything, occurred.

No further details are available, according to Towamencin Township Police Chief Tim Dickinson.
