Lansdale Station Apartments: A Community Within a Community

“We don’t want to be just another apartment complex; we pride ourselves on being a community within the community.”

Madison Lansdale Station completed their phased roll-out last month, with the sixth building going online on Dec. 1. To date, the apartment community has already surpassed 50-percent occupancy, and one look at the interiors, finishes and available amenities easily establishes them as one of the premier places to reside in Lansdale Borough.

Our residents are loving it,” said Holly Henning, property manager of the 182-unit community. “With the walkability of the town, coupled with the on-site access to our slate of communal features and amenities, our residents have really taken to our vision.”

From the outside, Lansdale Station appears as an immense, beautifully modernized community, rife with public and private courtyards across six buildings, all with convenient access to public transportation, local businesses and running trails. The interior of the units, however, is where Lansdale Station truly shines.

Each apartment features an open layout with nine-foot ceilings, and includes full-size washer and dryer, blinds, quartz countertops, high-end flooring in the living space and carpet in the bedrooms. Floorplans at Lansdale Station include studio apartments, one bedroom, one bedroom with den, two bedroom and two bedroom with den, with square-footage ranging from the mid 600’s for the studios to mid-1,100's for the two bedroom with den.

On the amenity side, Lansdale Station boasts myriad features and services, ranging from practical to luxurious. Aside from access to the fitness center, billiard room and demonstration kitchen, amenities include a concierge for packages, on-site dry cleaning services, on-site car wash and detail services and more.

In an effort to provide a true sense of community, Lansdale Station also holds frequent themed-events for residents, with some happening within the apartment community and others acting as an excursion into Lansdale’s restaurants, breweries and other unique offerings.

“We always have some kind of event going on, or something fun in the works,” said Henning, who added that she tries to host about five community events per month. “We don’t want to be just another apartment complex; we pride ourselves on being a community within the community.”
