Savor the dates —
Lansdale’s most delicious annual event is on the way.
The borough’s
Second Annual Restaurant Week is scheduled for Feb. 3 through Feb. 9, with special menus available all week, all around town. According to organizers, at least 10 of the town’s top eateries and restaurants have signed up to date to participate in this year’s dining extravaganza (in alphabetical order):
- Arnold’s Way, 319 W. Main St. (in Dresher Arcade)
- Boardroom Spirits, 575 W. Third St.
- Lansdale Tavern, 839 W. Main St. (under the water tower)
- Mama Thai, 217 E. Main St.
- Ristorante Toscano, 213 N. Broad St.
- Round Guys Brewing, 324 W. Main St.
- Smokehouse Tavern, 155 Pennbrook Parkway (in Pennbrook Plaza)
- Stove & Tap, 329 W. Main St.
- Well Crafted Beer, 310 Madison St. Suite B-100
- Wister’s Barbecue, 321 W. Main St.
"It's a great opportunity for customers to try new items and multiple courses at a deal, and it's also great exposure for the restaurants,” said Nica Bellenger, of Well Crafted Beer Co. During last year’s Restaurant Week, she said, "Well Crafted was a new business. The promotion created valuable awareness and exposure for our growing brand. With Lansdale Restaurant Week, we were able to get in front of customers, have them taste our food and beer pairings and experience Well Crafted's taproom.”
"Round Guys is always looking for opportunities to work with other local businesses to improve our town,” said the brewery’s Andrew Carroll. "Restaurant Week is yet another opportunity for us to work together and showcase all that Lansdale has to offer.”
Each establishment will be designating a specific three-course menu for the week, price-fixed at $5 increments. Some offerings will be from the restaurants’ regular menu, while other entries/entrees will be whipped up just for the week.
And again this year, parking in town will be free after 4 p.m., as well as during lunch hours (noon to 2 p.m.) for the entire week.
More details will be announced in coming days. Menu books will be available shortly at local participants’ counters, and information on other participants and menus will be updated online at
