Officials from Calvary Baptist Church have announced their upcoming free clothing swap event, which has been scheduled for March 21 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Between now and March 15, the church will be accepting donations of gently-used children’s and teens’ spring and summer clothing. Donations can be dropped off in the church coat room, located at 1380 South Valley Forge Road, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Officials ask that donations come in bags labeled “clothing swap.” Donations can include shoes and accessories.
Between March 15 and March 21, volunteers will sort through the donations and organize them by size and type. Then, on March 21, residents will be able to go to the clothing swap and take what they need for the season—for free.
Items remaining after the event will be donated to charity. For more information, click here.
