The Pennsylvania Lottery has announced that a $1.5 million Fast Play lottery ticket was sold at a Wawa in Horsham Township early last week.
According to the release, the winning Diamond Mine Fast Play ticket was sold on July 27 at the Wawa located at 535 Horsham Road. Per the release, “Fast Play games print on-demand from a lottery sales terminal or self-service touch-screen vending terminal and are similar to scratch-off games, but without the need to scratch a ticket or wait for a drawing.
The release states that Wawa will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket. The winner has not been identified at this time.
According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, “prizes must be claimed and tickets validated before winners can be identified. Fast Play prizes must be claimed within one year of the ticket’s purchase date.”
