Police Seek Leads After Six Vehicles Broken Into at Montgomery Township Park

(Editor’s note: the following is a press release from the Montgomery Township Police Department.)

On Sunday, September 15, 2019, the Montgomery Township Police Department investigated several thefts from vehicles occurring at the Windlestrae Park parking lot. These thefts took place between the hours of 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. during a large sporting event.  A total of six unattended vehicles had their windows broken and purses were stolen.

The Montgomery Township Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance from anyone who may have witnessed the thefts or suspicious activity in the area by calling (215) 362-2301. 

The department would like to remind residents to keep their vehicles locked at all times and avoid leaving valuables inside of their vehicles where they can be seen.
