North Penn Grad Identified as Victim of Fatal Crash in Lower Milford

32-year-old Paul Loudenslager.

A member of North Penn High School’s Class of 2006 has been identified as the victim of a fatal vehicle crash in Lower Milford Township on Thursday night.

According to a report by WFMZ, 32-year-old Paul Loudenslager, of Coopersburg, was killed in a single-vehicle accident on Oct. 24. The report states that Loudenslager was driving along the 1400 block of Beverly Hill Road when his vehicle struck several trees and a telephone pole.

Loudenslager was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene, according to the report. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation, the report states.

In addition to his parents, Paul M. and Eileen T. (Kelly) Loudenslager, and his wife, Rachel A. (Wooley) Loudenslager, he is survived by four children: Gabriella, Chloe, Scarlet and Nehemiah; and two sisters, Kelly Wilkinson and her husband, Jason, and Carly Lopez and her husband, Jesse. He is also survived by his parents-in-law, Rhoda Varallo and her fiancé, Patrick Covelens, and Richard Wooley and his wife, Yvonne; two brothers-in-law, Richard Wooley Jr. and Samuel Varallo; and a sister-in-law, Melissa Varallo, according to his obituary on the Williams-Bergey-Koffel website.

At the time of his death, Loudenslager had been working as a lineman electrician with the Lansdale Borough Electric Department. Following his death, Superintendent Andy Krauss of Lansdale Electric released the following statement:

Our brother, friend and family member, Paul J. Loudenslager, passed last Thursday in an auto accident. Paulie's heart was not only big enough for his family, it was big enough to care, love and spread kindness wherever he went. It didn't take long for Paul to raise the mood of any room or any group he was in. His sense of humor and his wit were unparalleled. Paul was easy to love and would always embrace that love and give it back ten-fold. Paul was a proud husband and loving, dedicated papa and friend. If you know anything about lineman, it is that we are our brother’s keeper. Not a day will go by that our family here at Lansdale Electric will not think of, or miss, our Brother Paulie. Our family lost a great man. Love you Paul. Rest easy my friend.
