One of Two Missing Montgomery Township Teens Found Safe Over Weekend

12-year-old Samyrah Lindsay, who was reported missing from Montgomery Township on Nov. 8, was found safe over the weekend.

“Thankfully, Samyrah has been located with the help of her family and authorities from Philadelphia,” said Montgomery Township Police Chief Scott Bendig.

Lindsay was reported missing from her foster home at 10 p.m. on Nov. 8, along with 14-year-old Mahogany Briggs. Both of the girls’ biological mothers reside in Philadelphia, according to a prior release.

Though Lindsay has been found, Briggs remains missing at this time. She is described as 5’1” tall, weighing 115 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

“We continue to ask for the assistance of the public in locating [Ms. Briggs],” said Bendig.
