Second Teen Reported Missing in Montgomery Township, Both Ran Away From Same Foster Home

Montgomery Township Police have released additional information regarding the disappearance of 12-year-old Samyrah Lindsay, including that a second teen—identified as 14-year-old Mahogany Briggs—has also been listed as a missing person.

According to the release, Lindsay and Briggs were reported missing from their Montgomery Township foster home at 10 p.m. on Nov. 8.

  • Mahogany Briggs is described as 5’1” tall, weighing 115 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
  • Samyrah Lindsay is described as 5’3” tall, weighing 110 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

No clothing description was available for either teen, according to the release.

Both Briggs’ mother and Lindsay’s mother reside in Philadelphia, according to the release. Both juveniles have been entered into the FBI’s National Crime and Information Center as missing persons.
