UPDATE: Nov. 8, 3:08 p.m. - Fairmount Fire Company made quick work of the incident, and the scene has since been cleared. No injuries reported, and damage was contained to the vehicle.
According to the Montgomery County Department of Public Safety, the incident began at 2:36 p.m. Sources at the scene said the engine compartment of the fire had ignited on fire, but it was contained to that sections.
No injuries have been reported, though DPS says the vehicle is blocking the roadway.
In addition to the Fairmount Fire Company, Lansdale Borough Police were dispatched to the scene.
