Perseverance Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to a trash fire near Care and Share earlier this morning.
According to the Montgomery County Department of Public Safety, the incident began at 7:20 a.m. near the intersection of Routes 309 and 113. Upon arrival, firefighters encountered a trash fire to the rear of the building. A source on the scene said it was just trash and items laying outside the building, and no damage was caused to the building itself.
No injuries were reported, and the scene was cleared just after 8 a.m.
