Exclusive: First Look Inside Lansdale Station Apartments

The much-anticipated opening of the Madison Lansdale Station Apartment community is set to begin over Memorial Day Weekend.

The community—located along the 300 block of Madison Street—boasts a robust 182 units across six buildings, with each apartment rife with high-end finishes, high-end floors and an abundance of natural light. First occupancy is scheduled for May 25, with a public open house scheduled for June 1 during Lansdale Day.

“We’re really excited to get in there,” said Holly Henning, Property Manager of Lansdale Station. “I think people will be impressed by the amount of natural light in each apartment. When you walk it, it feels huge and inviting.”

Though still under construction, a percentage of the apartments in the community have already been rented, with the highest percentage occurring in the largest building—dubbed the F Building.

Floorplans

Floorplans at Lansdale Station include studio apartments, one bedroom, one bedroom with den, two bedroom and two bedroom with den, with square-footage ranging from the mid 600’s for the studios to mid-1,100's for the two bedroom with den.

Each apartment features an open layout with nine-foot ceilings, and includes full-size washer and dryer, blinds, quartz countertops, high-end flooring in the living space and carpet in the bedrooms.

Additionally, the community has a handful of ADA-compliant apartments that are fitted to meet the needs of those who need them. The apartments include lower peep-holes for wheelchair access, pull-away cabinetry and cooktops, and already-installed bathroom railings and grips.

A Community Within a Community

Residents at Lansdale Station will have a variety of perks and amenities at their disposal, including a 24-hour fitness center, billiard room, community room, a pet spa and more. The community will also feature nearly 20,000-square feet of retail space, set aside for easy access to shops and businesses.

Outside of the walls of the community, residents will find public and private courtyards, with the latter including a grilling area, fire pit and outdoor television. Henning added that residents will be also offered the opportunity to participate in weekly events both on-site and in town, such as tailgates, movie nights and group excursions to local breweries and wineries.

“We’re really going to incorporate the town into our events,” said Henning.

Lansdale Day Open House

Lansdale Station will be hosting an open house during the Lansdale Day festivities on June 1, and members of the public are encouraged to visit.

“The idea of the open house is that it’s an open door, so people are welcome to come and go,” said Henning. “If they’re interested in leasing, or if they’re just curious about what the apartments look like inside, they are welcome to attend.”

Henning said that the public will be able to view furnished models of their one bedroom and two bedroom apartments in the F Building during the open house, and light refreshments will also be available.
