Most Wanted: Francis Bills, for DUI, Allegedly Threatening to Kill Probation Officer

A Montgomery County man with ties to Lansdale, Norristown and Pottstown has been added to the Sheriff’s Department’s Most Wanted list.

Francis Stephen Bills, 37, is a wanted criminal fugitive on charges from two DUI cases, and has a current arrest warrant in Whitpain Township for allegedly threatening to kill a probation officer and their family.

His last know addresses are:

• 32 West Third Street Apt 1A
  Lansdale, PA 19446

• 1630 Landis Road
  Norristown, PA 19403

• 331 Chestnut Street
  Pottstown, PA 19464
