Lansdale Police Seek Leads in Weekend Shooting Incident, Suspect Still At Large

Lansdale Borough Police are seeking public assistance in identifying and locating a suspect that was involved in a shooting over the weekend.

According to the release, police were dispatched to the 500-block of West Third Street on May 4 at 11:54 a.m. for a report of a shooting. Police said the male suspect approached his intended victim from the alley behind the 500-block of West Third Street, fired several shots from a semi-automatic handgun, but all of the shots missed and instead struck the building.

The suspect is described as a light-skin, black or Hispanic male, approximately 5’7” tall with a medium build in his mid-20’s. The suspect was last seen running down the alley parallel to the 600-block of West Second Street, and was wearing a dark hoodie, black pants and black sneakers.
