Montco Sheriff Announces Capture of Most Wanted: Francis Stephen Bills

Francis Stephen Bills, 37, formerly of Lansdale, Norristown and Pottstown.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department has announced the capture of 37-year-old Francis Stephen Bills, who was added to the Most Wanted List in mid-May

Bills, a former resident of Lansdale, Norristown and Pottstown, was a wanted criminal fugitive on charges from two DUI cases, and had an additional arrest warrant in Whitpain Township for allegedly threatening to kill a probation officer and their family.

According to the sheriff’s department, Bills was captured in Luzerne County and is currently in custody at the Luzerne County Prison.
