In preparation for graduation this week, members of the North Penn High School (NPHS) graduating Class of 2019 will pay tribute to the take-off point of their North Penn education, as they visit their respective alma mater elementary schools dressed in their cap and gown.
All 13 elementary schools in the North Penn School District (NPSD) have welcomed back graduating seniors to take photos, visit teachers and accept warm congratulations from current students. The schedule for visits is as follows:
A.M. Kulp Elementary School invited all NPHS Class of 2019 graduates who attended Kulp in sixth grade to take a victory lap at their alma mater elementary school as part of Kulp’s Third-Annual Kulp Senior Walk on June 11 at 11 a.m.
The Senior Walk is an opportunity for graduates to visit their former elementary school to be recognized for graduating high school. Graduating seniors will arrive in their cap and gown at A.M. Kulp Elementary School (located at 801 Cowpath Road, Hatfield, PA 19440), where they will be invited to walk the halls of Kulp one last time, as students and staff gather outside of classrooms to cheer them on and recognize this important accomplishment.
This event, in its third year, is a great way for Kulp to both recognize North Penn graduates’ accomplishments while also reminding current students at Kulp of the end goal of their North Penn education. The staff at Kulp is also looking forward to getting to see some former students and celebrate this important milestone in their lives.
