The Lansdale Area Fundraising Society (LAFS), in partnership with Knights for Life (K4L), has announced the details for the 10th Annual Lansdale Beer Tasting Festival.
“This year, LAFS has partnered with Knights for Life to organize and run the event,” said Michael Parzynski, of LAFS. “Many of the K4L members have been volunteers at the event, and their increased involvement has been great for the energy during planning.”
The event is scheduled for the afternoon of June 22, with VIP ticket holders having access from noon to 4:30 p.m. and general admission from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Both sessions allow for unlimited sampling of the available beers, but VIP guests will receive early access to the event, as well as exclusive access to “Bottle Row,” which features additional beers.
Though the beer list has not been announced, the event typically averages more than 80 local and regional breweries to sample from. Tickets can be purchased online by clicking here.
On the entertainment side, this year’s event will feature music from Mike Greer, as well as a DJ between sets. A variety of food vendors will also be on hand, including Bespoke Bacon, Cannoneer's, Goomba’s, Stove and Tap and Wister’s Barbecue (formerly Smoke Daddy’s).
Money raised from the event benefits a variety of local charities, including Manna on Main Street, the Lansdale Public Library, Knights for Life and Operation Enduring Warrior.
