Lansdale Police are seeking public assistance in identifying a male suspect that was involved in a road rage incident earlier this month.

According to Lansdale Borough Police Chief Michael Trail, the incident occurred on Feb. 2 at 9 a.m. at the intersection of Line and East Seventh streets. The suspect reportedly exited his vehicle at a red light where both vehicles were stopped, and brandished a black semi-automatic handgun towards the victim before getting back into his vehicle and leaving the scene. No injuries were reported.

Police described the vehicle as a black 2010-2012 Ford Taurus, believed to be an SHO model, which was captured on borough surveillance cameras. The vehicle also has tinted windows and a sunroof. The suspect is described as a black male between the age of 20 to 30 years old, with a thin build and short hair.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to contact Detective Chad Bruckner of the Lansdale Borough Police Department at 267-642-9313. Confidential tips can also be sent via email to [email protected].
