Two Lansdale men have pleaded guilty to charges in
connection with a robbery and assault on the 200 block of Green Street in Lansdale.
On Tuesday, Jan. 22, Hans Flegeal and Chad Seward appeared before Common Pleas Judge Steven T. O’Neill and plead guilty to charges of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. They were both sentenced to time served to 23 months in prison and two years of county probation.
The incident took place in the evening of Feb. 19, 2018, when Lansdale Police responded to a call for an assault in-progress. The victim told police that he was assaulted and robbed by two males as he was walking home.
18-year-old Flegeal was arrested and charged following the incident. After an investigation, Lansdale police obtained an arrest warrant for Seward, who was arrested without incident in June 2018.
