Lansdale Police Investigating ‘Suspicious’ Overdose Death on Fourth Street

Lansdale Borough Police are currently investigating the death of a man that occurred inside a home on West Fourth Street on Sunday morning.

According to the press release, police responded to the unit block of West Fourth Street on Feb. 3 at 11:37 a.m. for a report of an overdose. Once on scene, police located a deceased black male who appeared to be in his late 40’s, according to police. The identity of the deceased has not been released.

Lansdale Borough Police Chief Michael Trail stated to North Penn Now that the death was “suspicious,” and members of the Lansdale Police Department’s Detective Division are currently investigating the incident as a fatal overdose.
