Anonymous Donor Pays Off Student Meal Debt at Three North Penn Schools

As students and faculty at North Penn School District wrapped up their final day before holiday break, one act of generosity had the district buzzing.

According to the school district’s official Facebook page, an anonymous donor took it upon themselves to pay off the student breakfast and lunch balances at three North Penn Schools.

“Once again, we are humbled by the generous hearts of our community members, both in the season of giving and all year long,” said the district, in response to the donation.

The post, which has received more than 700 likes as of this posting, was quickly filled with cheerful replies from parents and community members, praising the kindness shown from the mystery donor. Indeed, the holiday season has brought out the best in our community.

North Penn Now would like to share in the praise for the anonymous donor, and whomever they are and wherever they go, we hope they have the happiest of holidays and a blessed New Year.
