The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office has added a Montgomery Township man to its list of most wanted fugitives.
Jae Wook Park, 22, is a wanted fugitive with two arrest warrants relating to felony drug and burglary charges. Per the release from the sheriff’s office, Park’s last know addresses are the 5000 block of Plantation Court and the 4200 block of Quaker Court in Montgomery Township.
Court records indicate that Park has two inactive criminal cases against him in Montgomery County, with the first occurring in North Wales Borough in October 2017. In that case, Park was charged with one felony count of possession with intent to distribute along with misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop. Park was released on his own recognizance
The second case began in Montgomery Township in December 2017, when Park was charged with felony counts of burglary, criminal trespass and possession with intent to distribute, along with misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at 10-percent of $10,000 cash, which was posted at his preliminary arraignment on Dec. 29, 2017.
Court records indicate that Park’s bail was forfeited on March 3, 2018, and bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
