First responders are currently on the scene of a two-vehicle accident with injuries on Allentown Road in Towamencin Township.
According to the Montgomery County Department of Public Safety, the incident occurred at 11:54 a.m. near the intersection with Keeler Road. Sources tell North Penn Now that at least one person is injured as a result of the crash, and they have reportedly suffered some type of head injury.
The cause of the crash is currently unknown.
The incident is currently blocking the road, and motorists are asked to avoid the area. In addition to the Towamencin Township Police Department, units from the Volunteer Medical Service Corps of Lansdale have responded to the scene.
