Perkasie Borough Police have announced that they have located a teen who had been missing since July 13.
According to the release, 15-year-old Ryan Saxton was located in the Milford Township area of Bucks County on Tuesday afternoon, one month after going missing from a residence in South Perkasie. Police said that the reason for Saxton leaving the residence in July is a private family matter, and they cannot provide any further comment.
The release also states that investigators will review Saxton being found at the Milford Township residence for potential criminal charges.
Police said that Saxton grew up in the Quakertown area, and recently moved to Macungie prior to his disappearance. Then, late last month, members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation joined the search effort to locate Saxton.
Perkasie Borough Police said the discovery was made with assistances of the Bucks County Detectives and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. They also thanked the public for their assistance in the search.
