A member of North Penn High School’s incoming 2019-2020 senior class has been selected to join USA Swimming’s World Junior Team.
Sean Faikish, son of Brian and Mary Faikish, was selected to the team based on his finals performance in the 200 Individual Medley at the Phillips 66 National Championships at Standford University last week.
According to the release from the district, the World Junior Team will be heading to Budapest, Hungary later this month. Additionally, Faikish already has three cuts for the Olympic Trials in Omaha, Nebraska, scheduled for June 2020.
