Friends Of Lansdale Parks is hosting a Downtown Clean-Up this weekend.
On Saturday, the group will be cleaning up Main Street in Lansdale. The event is scheduled to take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. It will kick off at the Freight House, where the groups will be determined.
“We will likely split into two or three groups depending on how many participate, one on either side of Main Street and walk the length,” said William Breish, the organizer of the event and founder of Friends of Lansdale Parks. “We will also need a crew in the Madison lot.”
Boardroom Spirits will be supplying the gloves and trash bags. They will also be providing free pizza and free beverages, including a cocktail called Lansdale Lemonade and non-alcoholic lemonade, for each participant.
