Police Warn of Local Students Playing ‘Assassin’ Game

The Upper Gwynedd Township Police Department has issued an alert regarding a group of local students who are participating in a game called “Assassin.”

According to the release, kids are given another student as a target, and then they are tasked with finding and attacking them using a variety of objects, including silly string and water guns. The release states that the students have been frequently hiding on private property, which can be concerning for those who are unaware of the reason the person is hiding.

Officials are asking that if you see someone on your property that should not be there, call police immediately and do not approach them. The release also asks the parents of those involved in the game to have a conversation with their kids about the hazards and risks that this type of game may pose.
