A two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Forty Foot and Detwiler roads was the cause of traffic congestion in the area Saturday morning.
The accident occurred at 7:42 a.m. in Towamencin Township, and involved a gray sedan and a Ford SUV, with the latter being overturned as a result of the collision. No injuries were reported.
Towamencin Township Police were assisted on scene by the Lower Salford Police Department and Towamencin Volunteer Fire Company.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
