Gwyn-Nor Elementary School is inviting the community to take part in its Second Annual Color Fun Run.
The event is scheduled to be held on June 1 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Participants are welcome to walk or run the half-mile course as much as they want. Registration is $20 and comes with a t-shirt, sunglasses, color powder and a bag of local coupons and offers from the sponsors of the event.
There will also be a DJ announcing the event and playing music, snacks, a professional photographer and raffle baskets. The event is open to ages two and older. The money raised from the event is going to Gwyn-Nor’s Home and School programs.
“We rely on this amazing fundraiser to bring our community together for a great cause,” says Tiffany Kotulka, Gwyn-Nor Elementary Home & School Board President. “Home and School supports many educational initiatives and community-building school events. Currently, we operate on fundraising, local sponsorships, and voluntary, family-paid fees.”
