Pedestrian Struck, Injured on 202 Parkway

UPDATE: April 3, 8:11 p.m. - Though initially called in as a hit and run, North Penn Now has learned that the driver of the striking vehicle did in-fact remain on scene. We have updated our headline and information to reflect this correction.

A 27-year-old man was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Knapp Road and Route 202 Parkway on Wednesday evening.

Emergency responders arrived to the scene in Montgomery Township just before 7 p.m., and discovered a male victim lying in the intersection. Sources indicate that the victim was bleeding from wounds to his arms and legs, but was breathing and conscious.

The victim's condition is currently unknown.
