North Penn School District will host a series of monthly Community Conversations during the 2018-2019 school year. These talks seek to provide a place of informal discussions with North Penn Superintendent Curtis Dietrich.
The discussions will allow the public to get updates on the district from Dietrich as well as provide feedback and input about community concerns. Attendees do not need to be parents of North Penn students to attend the public meetings.
These conversations have been going on for several years and focus on student success, staff development, financial security, and a safe environment for all. The discussions are open and are a way for North Penn-area families to communicate with the district and to express their concerns.
While not directly related, this year’s discussions follow a community racism forum that was held in August. The event was a conversation about how to end racism in North Penn schools and was the fourth held since April.
The schedule of dates, times, and locations of the discussions is below. For more information and to reserve your spot, go to the Community Conversations website.
