Identities Released in Apparent Murder-Suicide in Upper Gwynedd

The identities of a man and woman involved in an apparent murder-suicide in Upper Gwynedd have been released by the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.

According to reports, the gunman has been identified as 60-year-old Tommy Parks, of Norwood, PA, and the victim has been identified as Sera Lee, 44, of Upper Gwynedd. Their bodies were discovered inside of a parked vehicle on Kerwick Court shortly after 4 p.m. on Sept. 11, by a 10-year-old girl who was playing nearby.

A release from the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office indicates that they believe the incident was domestic in nature, and that Parks brought the gun. Multiple sources informed North Penn Now that a witness observed Parks and Lee arguing in the vehicle outside of Lee’s residence, shortly before the bodies were discovered.

A joint investigation between the district attorney’s office and Upper Gwynedd Township Police is ongoing.
