Heaven’s Treasures Closes All Stores

Heaven’s Treasures, a thrift store chain that had a shop on Bethlehem Pike in Montgomeryville, abruptly closed its doors on Wednesday, following their bankruptcy filing earlier this year.

On Oct. 10, the store posted a notice on Facebook and their website, announcing that the thrift store chain will be closing its stores.

“Due to our sales and revenues being too low to support our ongoing business operations, we are sad to report that all stores are permanently closed effective as of 10/10/18 and will also no longer be able to accept donations,” the notice said.

Aside from the Montgomeryville store, the chain also had shops located in Hatboro and Norristown. The Montgomeryville store was an Impact Thrift Shop before Heaven’s Treasures moved in.

Employees have stated on social media that they were not notified ahead of the closure.
