UPDATE: Hatfield Police Seek Assistance in Locating Man with Felony Warrant

UPDATE: Oct 4, 3:41 p.m. - Hatfield Township Police are reporting that they have apprehended Wambold. He was arraigned on the aforementioned charges by Magisterial District Judge Richard Welsh, who set bail at 10 percent of $5,000. Wambold was taken to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility after failing to post bail. 

His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 16 at 2 p.m. in front of Magisterial District Judge Ed Levine. We will update this story with details, once we secure the criminal complaint.

The Hatfield Township Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating a 23-year-old man who has an outstanding felony warrant.

According to the release, Jason Wambold, 23, is wanted on a felony charge of criminal trespass and a secondary charge of theft of services. The date of the charges was Sept. 27, and they were filed with Magisterial District Judge Ed Levine’s court.

Wambold is described as a white male, weighing 180 pounds at 5 feet 9 inches tall. Both his eye and hair color is brown, according to the description. Anyone with information concerning Wambold is urged to call 215-855-0903.
