Metro Commercial Real Estate Inc., who represents the Lansdale Pavilion Shopping Center, have announced that they have brokered a deal with Grand View Health to occupy more than 6,000 square feet of space within the shopping center.
“Metro Commercial has represented Lansdale Pavilion, a community center in the heart of Lansdale, for over five years,” said Greg Jones, senior vice president at Metro Commercial. “Incorporating medical uses into traditional shopping centers is key to successful retail leasing today. Grand View OB-GYN Associates and Upper Bucks Orthopaedics not only complement the Pavilion’s existing tenants, including other health tenant Quest Diagnostics, but bring an added level of convenience for potential patients in the local area.”
Grand View OB-GYN Associates provides compassionate care for women throughout every stage of life–from adolescent and childbearing care to menopause and post-menopause management. In addition to routine exams, screenings, and prenatal care, Grand View treats and manages a variety of medical conditions and works closely with specialists when needed. Upper Bucks Orthopaedics is a broad based orthopaedic medical and surgical specialty practice, dedicated to prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system.
Lansdale Pavilion, situated between 401-611 South Broad Street, is home to businesses including: Dollar Tree, Pets Plus, UFC Gym, Mattress Firm, Saladworks, and Quest Diagnostics. The storefronts were recently renovated.
