UPDATE: Dec. 21, 4:30 p.m. - Rebounderz corporate office has responded to North Penn Now's request for comment.
We have again reached out to the owner for clarification on what the alleged "severe violation" may be. We will update this story again if/when we hear back."Rebounderz Lansdale franchisee was in severe violation of their franchise agreement and have been instructed to close for not correcting the situation with the franchisor i.e. Rebounderz. This was not an action that Rebounderz Franchise and Development took lightly and attempted to work with the Lansdale franchisee for a very extended period of time. At this time, Rebounderz Lansdale has not resolved the severe violation, in order to receive services and franchise support from Rebounderz Franchise and Development or to continue operating as a Rebounderz location. The Rebounderz Lansdale franchisee may be able to shed light on what violations that were presented to him over the past 13 months, but there are no further details that we can provide at this time on behalf of Rebounderz.” – Rebounderz Franchise and Development
