Two Teens Struck by Vehicle at School Bus Stop in Montgomery Township

Two teens were injured earlier this morning after they were struck by a vehicle at a school bus stop in Montgomery Township.

According to a release from the Montgomery Township Police Department, police were dispatched to the intersection of Canterbury Lane and Grays Lane at 7:33 a.m. for a report of a vehicle crash involving two children who were struck at a school bus stop. The investigation revealed that a 44-year-old man from Buena Park, California, was traveling on Canterbury Lane from Upper State Road in a 2019 Cadillac CTS, when he failed to negotiate a slight curve at Grays Lane. The vehicle then jumped the curb and struck the two teens, who were waiting for the bus.

The teens—both 14-years-old— were treated at the scene, and then transported to Abington Hospital. Both of the teens have since been released, according to the report.
