McAllister Brewing Company is set to open its doors this weekend.
The brewing company, located in the former location of Prism Brewery in North Wales, will be open for business beginning on Sunday, Dec. 9. The brewery will be open from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Owners Mike and Kate McAllister, along with their partner, Seth Montz, have been tirelessly working over the course of the year to get everything together for the opening.
“After all the hurdles we've had to get over trying to open, it feels amazing to finally see the light, and beer, at the end of the tunnel,” said Kate, a nurse at Doylestown Hospital and the head of operations at McAllister Brewing Company. “We cannot wait to bring that community feeling back to that location, and of course great beer.”
According to the company’s Facebook page, the brewing company will open with five beers to start, including two IPAs (Red Cedar IPA and Dizzy With A Dame), an English Brown Ale (First Love), an oatmeal stout (Skook Water) and a German Pilsner (Gras Mähen). They will expand and add more as time goes on.
McAllister Brewing Company is located at 810 Dickerson Rd. in North Wales.
