Shoppers at the Giant in Hatfield can now expand their grocery lists to include beer and wine, as the supermarket officially began to sell the new offerings on Dec. 14.
According to a report by Patch, the store is now stocked with hundreds of different beers, along with a large wine sections and an eatery that features sandwiches, salads and more.
"With today's opening, customers now have the convenience of more than 300 varieties of local and national brand beer and wine for their festive occasions throughout the holiday season," Shawn Taylor, store manager, said in the Patch report.
Customers can purchase beer, wine and food on Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The store is located at 1540 Cowpath Road.
