A fully-involved car fire with no injuries has backed up southbound Route 309 in Lower Gwynedd Township Saturday evening.



Wissahickon Fire Co. responded to the call around 5:11 p.m. on the expressway at mile marker 8.8 close to the ramp to Norristown Road/309 South and the McKean Road bridge.

Everyone is safely out of the vehicle.

Avoid the area.
