Upper Gwynedd, Towamencin Fire companies battle two vehicle fires at Volpe Enterprises Tuesday

The call for a vehicle fire came in shortly before 5 a.m. at the Church Road business, authorities said.

Shortly before 5 a.m. Tuesday, Upper Gwynedd Fire Department and Towamencin Vol. Fire Co. battled two pickup trucks that caught fire outside Volpe Enterprises on Church Road in Upper Gwynedd, according to UGFD.

Upper Gwynedd Police arrived on scene with fire showing from two pickup trucks, authorities said.


Towamencin Vol. Fire Co. was called to the scene to aid with an extra water supply.

According to UGFD, crews put multiple lines of service to extinguish the fire.

There were no injuries.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation by the Upper Gwynedd Township Fire Marshal's Office and Emergency Management.
